      Pros

      Brand is well known. Value integrity, but don’t often live up to it.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Negative environment. Too much gossip and back biting. Tenured employees get away with anything. New employees are mistreated. A fear driven environment.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and great work environment. There is a set time frame in each month from the 5th - 20th where we know we will be busy. That makes it really easy to plan around for my personal life. The work environment is great too! Everyone is always ready to answer any questions that you may have and is extremely helpful. I absolutely love what I do and love the office environment I work in. It is not the traditional tax office, everyone is very friendly and always smiling. There are also opportunities to collaborate on teams that help the internal processes of the tax processing specialists responsibilities'.
