      Pros

      The people and culture here make it a fantastic place to work. Believe me, I've worked at places that were the opposite - that's why I've been here for years. The work life balance is awesome as is the paid time off and benefits. The work I do is challenging and fun and yes - the pay is competitive. We keep growing every year and even in this horrible, sad year with Covid, we are still doing fine as a business.

      Cons

      The company is growing which is awesome, I just hope the friendly, supportive culture grows with it.
