All the positive reviews written here are fake. The company is always firing employees in India and US. Managers do blame game and always screw up mental health of employees by doing micro management and asking employees to work late nights. Our shift timings were 1-10 but they will ask you to attend calls at midnight and also log off only when your task is completed and make you work all nighters. Toxic work culture, old technologies, poor processes, 4-5 percent yearly hikes plus always a fear of getting fired. I would not recommend anyone to join this company.
