Pros

If you are passionate about changing the industry this is the place to be. Lots of work, great collaboration between teams, thoughtful about employees and delivering a work-life balance, great perks. Fully remote, but twice a year everyone gets together.

Cons

It's still in start-up mode and the space is a challenge.

-Small startup where you know everyone's name -Great work-life balance -Remote environment -Healthcare, 401k, stock options

Cons

-Working remote brings its own challenges that any remote company regardless of size has to deal with. While the freedom is good, sometimes remote work can feel isolating. Veruna does its best to combat this but it will always be a challenge in a remote environment
