The development and product management teams are a revolving door. They can’t keep top talent, they are continuously pushed out by the negative culture set by leadership. They will often blame it on the fast pace of being a startup but really it’s a lack of leadership and focus of what top priorities are. They offer unlimited vacation but few get to even take two weeks due to the constant shortage of people.

poor leadership, teams constantly in flux, no stability and poor direction. They pretend to try to have a "positive" environment, but through the fluff, there is not much. Feels very fake.
