      Pros

      Not sure if there are any pros, $20 lunch voucher however limited options due to rising takeout costs.

      Cons

      Do not apply. You need to run. People flocking en masse. No growth opportunities, some vengeful colleagues, harassment regarding PTO, can't take coffee breaks without judgment, directors who yell, watch your every move, and criticize, and do not provide substantial feedback. Lack of accountability from senior leaders - no one will admit fault and will double down on the workers left to deal with the mess. Toxic environment all around. Do not subject yourself to this. You deserve better.

      Great people and high team ethic

      Cons

      Where do I start - layoffs, constant change at the top, no wish or willingness to better the lives of employees, u-turns on strategy confusing everyone, a culture based on fear, objectives and revenue goals not set until start of month 3 in the quarter.

      the rooftop... that doesn't have umbrellas or shade

      The whole company. Inept management on the advertiser's side. Victim blaming, understaffing, expectations to work from 9 to 9 due to their inability to hire and retain employees (employees are treated like scums of the earth), immoral president of VFA, managers who demoralize instead of uplift, need I go on?
