Pros

- smart and cooperative people - we are pulling in the right direction and it is fun to see actual impact from your work - it is possible to work from home when you want but the office environment is really cool as well.

Cons

- you need to work hard and contribute to be able to rise and shine in the company. This is not too much of a con, because I can also learn a lot by doing so.
