Pros

- Good variety of tasks and involvement in projects, professional development - Possibility of taking part in process involvements - Your opinion and ideas are heard - Wonderful colleagues and office community - Great benefits, like training budget, lunches, events, benefit system

Cons

- Not all processes are defined yet (that's why you can be involve) which gives but also requires flexibility - No offices in all locations (however, it gives you the freedom of remote work - it is more of a personal preference) - Sometimes quite busy periods
