      Pros

      - Very positive culture (people are always open to new ideas) - Higher management is quite cool to work with - Company is in a growth mode, so lots of exciting projects coming up - good scope for personal learning too.

      Cons

      - There's no such major cons - Maybe the new joinees onboarding can now be more structured and detailed. (now that it's a bigger company with more resources)

      * Excellent technical challenges * Ability to learn new things constantly, from data science techniques to big data processing to writing production pipelines * Smart but humble colleagues * Lots of freedom to explore ideas * Access to truly big data * Patient, friendly and respectful coworkers

      The company is going through a transition period as multiple companies merge. This means that sometimes priorities can change quickly and projects can be deprioritized. However, upper management is aware of this and is working to unify priorities across the teams.
