A place to learn and work on different projects in a short time

Dedicated and hardworking co-workers. You learn to adapt and get used to being a fast - learner. Technically sound colleagues. Career growth will be faster, i.e. if one does well he may go to a lead position quickly.

Cons

Can be too much on plate sometimes for a new hire with no prior work experience. May have to work sometimes on weekends.
