Pros

Remote work is nice. Company has interesting projects to work on.

Cons

Leadership lost its way completely. There might be a case study someday how they threw away a thriving culture of people and hired on a group of leaders and HR people that refused to accept any feedback or responsibility.

Pros

I am on a very challenging project which I view as a plus. I love the challenging highly technical nature of the work.

Cons

Every year we are asked to submit end-of-year PTO a few months in advance which is challenging for me but HR works with people so its not a big deal.

Pros

Things are headed in a really great direction and I really like my team. Work-life balance is great with the remote culture, there’s a lot of flexibility It’s fun to work with people from different cultures

Cons

My project is supposed to be ending in July and Im not yet sure which one I will be assigned after this.
