Pros
Excellent benefits package, good work environment, recent restructuring of upper management could potentially change the cons listed below, the world wind leader, produce excellent turbines (if too expensive).
Cons
Wind industry is struggling and Vestas has no diversification, agonizingly indecisive upper management, too much focus on documentation above producing a profitable product, good people are leaving in droves, upper management does not know how to communicate and instills no confidence (I hold out hope for the new management)
