      Pros

      Vestas appears to be a great company with great benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Be mindful of what you're getting yourself into if joining this company. There is no organization or structure in this company! The management team is fairly new, so they are attempting to find their ropes within the company. Their is no room for growth and development in the US. And every quarter one has to be afraid of loosing their jobs. The P&C folks will make the company appear as if it's the best place to work...It isn't if you're looking for job security and stability.

      Pros

      Vestas has some great people who are working hard to do the right thing and bring the success necessary to sustain the US market. The CEO/President (Martha W) is very smart and business savvy and is trying to drive activity in the right direction.

      Cons

      Treatment for employees isn't always the same or fair (e.g.: if People and Culture likes you then you get what you want. If not, forget fairness or opportunity). People are afraid to make certain decisions if they think it won't be "popluar" so it tends to breed a group-think mentality in some departments.
