      Steady income. More than min wage

      Cons

      If you get in one single argument/ disagreement with management they’ll dislike you for the rest of your time there. No one talks to each other. You won’t make any relationships of any kind. Most people there don’t know my name despite how long I’ve been there. Mind numbing work. No challenge, just feel like a robot

      Pros

      Management believes in treating others the way that they want to be treated and truly cares about their employees. The culture is inclusive and sincere. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth. Senior management listens to voices of the employees.

      I honestly don't have a con. I love working at Vestcom. Best company that I have ever worked for!
