Pros

Excellent People, really makes you feel like family Good Pay and Benefits Growing company provides challenging and satisfying work Help is available when you need it Very flexible adapting job and home life

Cons

Can be a little legalistic with certain policies Work load can be at times overwhelming (be sure to ask for help when you need it) Customer contracts demand a high degree of accuracy so there is little room for mistakes, this is not a criticism as such but a requirement of the job

Pros

Great people to work with creating a fun and professional environment. Fantastic benefit packages and programs for their employees. Abundant supply of PTO time each year!

Cons

Terrible pay raises! Incredibly difficult to achieve higher positions in the facility. They will be taking away *personal* employee privileges of smoking anywhere on company campus!

Pros

Vestcom generally was laid back. Most of the employees were friendly and fun to work around. Great benefits. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Everything ran along the good 'ole boy system. The good 'ole boy being whether or not you went to a specific church. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.
