      Steady income. More than min wage

      Cons

      If you get in one single argument/ disagreement with management they’ll dislike you for the rest of your time there. No one talks to each other. You won’t make any relationships of any kind. Most people there don’t know my name despite how long I’ve been there. Mind numbing work. No challenge, just feel like a robot

      Pros

      Vestcom strives to use cutting edge technologies, so there's plenty of room for growth. It's a very laid back environment and I love the people I work with. They have also recently bought several of their competitors so the business just keeps growing!!

      Cons

      Projects can sometimes get hectic, so it's not a place for someone who can't stay on the ball.
