This review is based solely on having the GM that I had. I had trust, autonomy, some control over schedule. Pretty good base pay, vehicle stipend, phone and gas card

Cons

Total chaos when I arrived coming in every direction. Poor logistics with product coming back and forth from wash facility in PDX. ++HORRIBLE HR++

Pros

Plenty of autonomy and good pay starting out. Good product that most companies need.

Cons

Not much stability the sales org had mass layoffs laid off even top performers. Also laid off some VP’s and sales managers, which made sense for a few of those layoffs. Not much long term growth here. Routes are being cut from drivers and drivers being let go as well

Lots of flexibility, boss isn't on you at the time.

Cons

If you miss bonus, you don't make enough. The company kind of sucks in general. Service team has issues constantly.
