The company has a great trajectory plan, it shows constant improvement in an effort to enable sales people and leaders! Generous comp plan across all roles!

Cons

Install timeline is showing progress, but is with such a varied offering, supply chain is very complex. Which is great for sales opportunity, but makes for a complex install process,

There are a few good people left who are trying.

Cons

Executive leadership is completely lost. The company isn't growing and is in terrible debt. Reckless cost cutting decisions have begun. I would imagine the company will go private equity in the next year. It is really bad.
