However, we will continue to evaluate what programs can be improved upon to attract and retain our employees. As well, we try to embrace change and are making efforts to create a flexible and forward-thinking environment. As part of that effort, we conduct regular internal employee surveys to understand and respond to specific areas of concern.

Pros

My time at Vestmark has been like a "choose your own adventure" novel. I joined the company several years ago as a mid-level software engineer but have since grown into the role of a technical lead, to an engineering manager, and now helping to drive our agile transformation. I truly believe that Vestmark thinks that I should be in the driver's seat of my career.

Cons

Our typical software release cycle is a little too long. So there can be a considerable disconnect between the work you are doing and the benefit to our clients.
