With regard to your concern about pay, we conduct annual compensation surveys and address such concerns in line with the market. Also, we are happy to report that we have successfully onboarded a new leader in the products organization who brings new perspectives to both the products organization and senior management team. Fortunately, our turnover has significantly declined in the last year and we continue to focus our efforts on retaining key talent.
