Company spends a lot on stocking the snack room.

Cons

Unfocused management. Mediocre product. Company has been selling employees the nonsense about going public for 17 years. If the product is as good as they claim it should not take 17 years to go public.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do find that employees appreciate small benefits such as snacks, game night, and other perks for employee engagement. The engineering management team is committed to continuous improvement and have made significant strides towards reducing tech debt and improving the developer experience, including several scheduled platform goals for 2022. We will remained focus on our long-term business strategy to becoming a public company.
