      Pros

      I really appreciate the new Life Balance mantra that VIP has driven in the past 6 months in particular, as this profession is quite difficult emotionally. They offer support in many ways that I wasn't expecting and my team is highly supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Pet parents can often be difficult and I really appreciate the way my practice manager and regional manager have supported me as a provider of Vet services.

      None. Work employees hard. Little help but lots of criticism

      Cons

      Very horrible to work for. Treat employees and clients terrible. Upper management only cares about money. Patients are just dollar signs. Work doctors to death and refuse to get them help.
