We have an extraordinary group of talented, hardworking people in our organization. Our core value is to always do the very best for our doctor partners, our staff, our clients and patients. We always continuously try to do better. Regarding lack of diversity, we have recognized our lack of diversity and have been working to make improvements through our hiring efforts and dedicated DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) committee. We know we need and can do better and that’s why this is a top priority across our organization. Additionally, managing turnover is another key initiative and our teams have spent the past year working tirelessly to retain people, which is particularly challenging in a difficult pandemic year.
