Pros

Easy hiring process, if show to the interview and pass the drug test, you're hired

Cons

Paychecks are often miscalculated. Payroll department is always in crisis. Pay checks have actually bounced. Major stores like Wal-Mart an Kroger will not cash VSA paychecks.

Pros

No drug test, get hours, won't get fired

Cons

Horrible communication skills between corporate, captains, supervisors. They won't answer phone calls, or tell you to call another person who refers you back to the first person. They treat people with lack of respect.
