Pros

Opportunity to grow with the company. Friendly coworkers. Can bring dogs to work!

Cons

Crowded facility because of adds to staff. Still a small company with just-OK pay and benefits. Most jobs have only one, possibly two, incumbents--not quite the level of peer support available in larger companies. Competition is catching up and causing some concern.

Moving and Shaking

Pros

The company is going through some solid growth and targeting some strategic initiatives which makes it an exciting time. The culture is great, most people are motivated, there are "no jerks allowed", and there's always a dog to around to destress. Leadership cares about all of the employees and are constantly making improvements from adding to benefits packages and employee discounts to adding packaged foods market to the lunch room. Yearly and quarterly goals along with cascading communications keep everyone informed so you know what is going on and where you are headed. Work/life balance is a huge +

Cons

Resource constrained most of the time (con), but doubtful that will ever really diminish due to the start up mentality the company likes to keep (not really a con if you like that type of environment). You should never be bored.
