Career growth opportunities Work/Life balance Management is honest and trustworthy Relaxed atmosphere Friendly employees Dog-friendly environment VetSource has been a great place to work. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, VetSource has made me feel valued as an employee. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me feeling satisfied with my work. I have grown a lot as an individual and an employee while working here and am excited for the potential for more growth in the future. In my 5+ years of employment at VetSource, I have never once dreaded going to work in the morning.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. No increase in PTO until your 5 year anniversary.

Pros

Starting you get full insurance benefits and paid vacation/sick leave, you can bring your dog to work, and no dress code.

Cons

Pay could be better, but it is an up an coming company so hopefully that will change in the future.
