If you are willing to put in the time and quality the pay is good. Flexible work environment. Depending on your manager there is great support.

Too focused on making techs saleing products to customers instead of what they were hired for. Continually making the numbers for techs to achieve harder and harder to be achieved which affects pay. To focused on making money for the upper management.
