Incredible company, very supportive management

Pros

- My direct managers have always been really invested in my growth and supportive with any personal concerns inside and outside of work - The company builds something useful for the world, and it feels good to be a part of something like that - I work hard but also feel I have tremendous flexibility which helps work-life balance

Cons

- Company doesn't spend on employee activities as much as other big companies in the area (though that's probably for the best)
