Pros

Ambitious, growing, mission-driven, pre-IPO company with good values. We get to work on challenging problems in urban transportation and climate change. The software we're building has tangible, positive real-world impact. Great office with beautiful views right by Union Square in NYC.

Cons

Some teams are currently understaffed.

Cons

The drawback for me is that the place is not dog-friendly. However, Via compensates for this with the option of hybrid work.
