Pros

Pay is decent if you stay in your role and keep your head down.

Cons

Training is non-existent. Once they see you willing to work hard, they will abuse it. Upper management has no clue what is happening below them. Advancement possible if you make friends but not if you are good at your job. Tribalism and infighting rampant. No one cares about the customers and only wants to make their team's work easy. Teams don't work together and manager encourage feeding between teams making everyone's work harder.

Solid team work on my team. Support from my management was great. Training and bringing you up with solid knowledge was always made available to us.

Cons

High level management was not very in tune with the stuff going on in the weeds of the work. Pay scale needs to be adjusted depending on work location. Pay that's great in one part of the country is not so good in another and they didn't grasp that.
