Pros

Laid back environment. Good place to get your feet wet if you're new to IT, or fresh out of college.

Cons

There is not any room for growth, unless you relocate. The compensation is considerably below the local averages, no integrity. Made several promises upon hiring, none were followed through on, just recieved one excuse after another. They hire new employees fresh out of college, and pay them more than there tenured employees doing the same roll. Raises were tiny, if you got one at all ( >2% )

Pros

The only pro is the flexibility the schedule offers. Many employees take time to exercise via this unspoken flex time.

Cons

The position is horribly underpaid. With the expectation that the ID is expected to know every aspect of a massive software application that is customizable for individual clients while functioning as a user experience designer with ESL coworkers is daunting. Also having implemented SCRUM, upper management needs to accept that the day to day duties do not translate into this framework.

Pros

People who work hard are rewarded with promotions and salary bumps. 401K plan is good. Executive team is hands and provides 1-1 coaching (but you have to ask).

Cons

Best paying jobs involve significant travel. They keep lazy people longer than they should.
