Disorganized Poor Management - Not a good place

Sub-par pay Hostile work environment, Management rules by threats of termination Management prefers to hire outside, rather than promote from within Inexperienced outside new hires are brought in to fill roles at a higher pay rate then long term employees Unless you are drinking buddies with upper management, there is no upward mobility Disorganized poor management; no transparency; management style is to blame the grunts for upper management's mistakes. Every department is a separate entity, lacking any real ability to work in tandem with other departments No raises for grunts, management has received raises plus bonuses every year Critical departments are severely understaffed causing the employees to essentially pull doubles six days a week, and then be on call 2-3 weeks a month "Hidden" employee benefits are only rewarded to the employees, that mimic their managers religious beliefs, living location, political alignment, and life style Promotions are primarily "fail upward", this has led to a mass exodus of talented employees multiple times
