1. Cutting edge technology. 2. Great team. 3. Very focused upper management. 4. Room to grow and learn a lot. 5. Good benefits, flex hours, and work from home facility. 6. Encourage to experiment and take ownership. 7. Strong retention policy.

Cons

1. Long and after hour work sometimes. 2. Too many things and not enough people to work.

Experience - they will hire into the technical support field without a degree. Benefits - the offer very competitive benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc..)

Cons

increasing work load. often, no progressive compensation. little to no training (CE).

Pros

a steady paycheck and get to work with nice people.

Cons

allowed people to work from home for 2 years, even hired some people under the guise of being a WFH environment, now demanding that everyone return to office (including those hired on under the guise of being WFH only) because of C Level being completely out of touch with what the employees actually want
