Pros
The task was not hard to complete. Co-workers were very cool to work with. The pay is good for an easy job.
Cons
Higher management does not think of the business process before implementation. Made working there frustrating. Personally, as a person of color did not comfortable. Felt undervalued as an employee. Bring reading material or a crossword puzzle there is a lot of free time.
