I'm proud that we are truly dedicated to serving the rural areas. We talk every day about our customer needs and experiences, and are always looking to find ways to improve. We are small enough that we can adapt and change quickly to respond to customer needs and wants. We have some really talented and fun team members, too, and they do a good job of promoting from within. When I started, they set me up with everything I needed to do my job well. We have fantastic health insurance benefits that are very affordable. I've seen the company improve our products, marketing and processes over the years, and I just love my job and this company. Frank inspires me to do good work!!
