Some of the customers are amazing and the interactions are pleasant.

Cons

The customers who think they can do no worng and know more han you. The management who fail to help when help is needed. The constant lies about how Viaero is just as good as the big guys when in reality it is spotty, goes down often, and unreliable. Heaven forbid you wish to be unique and have a nose piercing or visible tattoo, you will be threatened that "if Frank sees that you are done"
