Owner and HR actually care about helping their employees. Pay is considerably better almost all other companies in the area.

Cons

Your pay is always based on where you started with the company. Promotions bring pay increases, but not equivalent to starting in that position. Many technical positions are expected to fix any issue on vacation/weekends/etc.
