Pros

MedPlast does a lot of promoting from within.

Cons

So many inefficient processes! Far too much paperwork. They have a lot of temps. That place has a high turnover rate. Low wages. The facility is quite dirty.

Pros

The compensation is competative for the industry.

Cons

They push employees to prioritize production over safety. At the same time, they don't offer training on how to use the machines because the atmosphere is cut-throat and the supervisor doesn't want anyone to be able to take his job. The turnover for technicians is very high due to the unsafe and stressful work environment.
