8yAs we have evolved, holding on to our start up roots is what has enabled us to remain agile, flexible, and responsive to the changing world around us. In order for our managers to trust their employees to do the right thing and provide the freedom to do the best work of their careers we have to hire the best who ALSO want to work in environment where they have those opportunities.
