1. Only south Indian people are given preference, management don't respect north Indian crowd. 2. Lots of politics inside office among managers

Cons

No growth Managers also gives preference to South Indian crowd separating the north Indian opinions Hyderabad and Chennai office plus management sucks. Few people are really toxic to deal with.

I used to really like this company and what it stood for but now it is just about the numbers and people getting laid off randomly even top performers.

Cons

Two mass layoff in 6 months, Two major satellite failures. StarLink is beating them with major customers.
