      Pros

      Beautiful campus, down to earth work environment, flexible hybrid work environment, friendly co-workers, advanced technology, nice benefits like unlimited PTO & affordable health insurance.

      Cons

      Feels very unstable and everyone is constantly in fear of layoffs. They rolled out a voluntary leave program last year and this year canceled raises for everyone (except upper management who still got their bonuses). Hard to stay motivated when you don't know how long you will have a job...
