Pros

The money and the benefits were good.

Cons

Lots of people have been there for many years and they have a good old boy attitude. Don't expect them to have your back.

Very Volatile Company

Pros

Really cool people and office culture is nice. Tons of cool events they throw when business is good

Cons

The business is volatile. Questionable leadership. VS3 Satellite failed, the company invested in tons of resources and had to lay off 10% of workforce since the satellite was a failure. They said layoffs would come after holidays but the Grinch stole Christmas and they came before!

Pros

There is decent medical and 401k matching.

Cons

Salary is low for the industry, "unlimited time off" is at managers discretion, there are pay gaps, gender bias, and it's not a cohesive environment - every service for themself.
