Pros

Interview process was very simple, workload was decent, you really have to put yourself out there to get recognized.

Cons

Company sort of went under as my internship was ending, they are yet to recover.

Pros

Some pockets still have good people and good work

Cons

Exec team is weak and doesn't get along. Market position is as challenged as ever. Re-org, inertia and tech debt, the company about the least agile it as ever been, against competition that is the most well funded, nimble and capable as ever. It's a tough combination that it's difficult to see a clear way out of this. Most solutions are months to years away.

Pros

Beautiful campus with many amenities. An inviting cafeteria and social events areas. Nice workspaces. Diversity is a big deal.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Only a few growth opportunities. Stagnant and sometimes little communication for feedback from superiors. A lack of transparency. Many job cuts.
