No growth, bad salary, managers set priorities

Pros

Benefits and starting salary. Really few colleagues in Dublin are kind and fun.

Cons

Company being run with egoistic males with a lot of power-grabbing among them creating a negative environment among the mid and junior level employees. Some mid and junior level employees are absolutely brilliant and the smartest minds that you will work with but the upper management would just not let you grow. Decisions are taken without consulting subject matter experts. Ideas are stolen and presented as the manager’s own. Really insecure management, trying to score points leaving you out in meetings and hiring candidates that they find fit. HR is a puppet. Barely any mid or upper level managers are POCs or women, so much for D&I that this company takes pride in.
