Pros

None... it was not a good place to work. I really did not enjoy my time there at all.

Cons

No leadership. They promise mentorship but there is none. No one really knows what the goals are, only upper level secret management. The pay is not even competitive. They spend money on things that make no sense, when people rather see it in the paycheck. The reviews are useless, and no one has any solid goals. There is no one to look up to. People are so distant, and hard to approach. It really is an engineering-centric culture.

Pros

The quality of work is pretty good if you get into the right position. There are smart people working around you and that is a good thing. Work culture is pretty good and there is a good work//life balance. It is a good place to start your career and learn.

Cons

The compensation is way below what you would get if you worked in a similar position at some other company. Good place to start your career but move on if you get a better position elsewhere, and move quickly. I have seen a lot of people moving on to better companies and doing good for themselves. The communication between management is very less and inefficient, especially between the different offices.
