Pros

Learned a lot. Co-workers were very helpful in anything you needed help in. Hours are very flexible. You can take time off whenever needed (although, not too frequently). Location is excellent.

Cons

Not enough projects. No bench. So, if there is nothing for you to do, you get sent home (meaning no paycheck).

Pros

Relaxing work environment. Everyone is relaxed but remains productive. Burnout and turnover rate is low. Projects are visionary and interesting. Great benefits.

Cons

No clear upward career path. Not for ambitious employees who seek extra reward and bonus. Management is a bit too loose.
