Pros

great environment, inclusive and friendly employees. unlimited sick time.

Cons

you will earn every single penny and then some. do more with less is absolutely the moto here. the culture perpetuates working like a dog. i was worn down physically, emotionally, mentally. there is never a 'lull', never a moment to get caught up. the department fosters an attitude of just get it done not do it well. which is hard as an individual that takes pride in my work. I knew i was underpaid, the company actually had to increase pay due to an audit within the state. sad to think they knowingly underpaid and then increased the pay under the guise of you earned it when actually it was always owed.
