Pros

Can not think of anything good...

Cons

The management seemed "care for employees" at first, but they were bunch liars and back-stabbers.

Pros

Pros: friendly culture, can be a good place to learn things about SATCOM, can work on interesting programs

Cons

Cons: salary structure is poor compared to other San Diego companies, no titles for technical people - so effectively prevents people from climbing up, management portrays this as lack of bureaucracy - but is very liberal in giving titles to management folks, can end up doing crap stuff if you are not careful - though that would be true true anywhere else anyways.

Pros

Great benefits. Great campus. Somewhat interesting technology.

Cons

I don't have much time to write everything out. Management is stuck and unable to move forward. Someone needs to leave before there can be upward growth. The cronyism is severe.
