Pros

Work/Life Balance, benefits, unlimited vactiion

Cons

Satisfaction with a program is dependent on business area and management. Tough to move up in the company since not a lot of senior level leaders tend to leave.

Pros

Some pockets still have good people and good work

Cons

Exec team is weak and doesn't get along. Market position is as challenged as ever. Re-org, inertia and tech debt, the company about the least agile it as ever been, against competition that is the most well funded, nimble and capable as ever. It's a tough combination that it's difficult to see a clear way out of this. Most solutions are months to years away.
