* Eng. teams are extremely lean. Most working multiple programs just to keep them afloat * Management scrambling to fill vacant Sr. Eng. positions * Work environment starting to become toxic

constant layoffs, outsourcing work consistently to Indian GSC office, four reorg efforts in one year, consistent shift of management and employees, a lot of blaming and shaming between teams to try and shift responsibility so you're hopefully not RIFed
